By downloading or using DreamInsight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

DreamInsight is an AI-powered dream journaling and interpretation application. We provide:

  • AI-generated dream interpretations
  • Voice-to-text dream recording via Whisper AI
  • Personal dream journal with cloud sync
  • Emotion tracking and symbol analysis

3. User Accounts

You must sign in via Google to use DreamInsight. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights
  • Use the service to harm or harass others

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process payments directly — all billing is managed by Apple or Google.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. DreamInsight does not offer direct refunds.

7. AI-Generated Content

Dream interpretations are generated by AI and are provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for mental health concerns.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within DreamInsight — including the AI models, interface design, and written materials — are owned by DreamInsight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your dream entries remain your own.

9. Limitation of Liability

DreamInsight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
